Mediation First was founded in 2003 by John Loram and Vicki Lewis, originally under the name of South West Mediation as it started in Devon and, in its early years, operated exclusively in the South West of the UK. However, having outgrown its regional boundaries, Mediation First was recently formed as a national mediation service, offering professional mediation across the UK - with access for clients wherever they are located via online sessions.
